So anyways, let’s get down to business.
I’m going to talk about several individuals and organizations as I stated I would before my latest ban. But I’m going to begin with the infamous shithole we know as “Serenity Ranch Recovery” in Broward County. Some folks seem to call it “Serenity Ranches”, but the thought of there being more than one of this place makes me want to hijack a Lasik machine and slowly, deliberately burn both of my eyes out with a tiny superheated laser. So we’re sticking with the singular. Serenity Ranch is owned and operated by none other than known scammer, thief, and client impregnator, Ali “Al” Ahmed.
After what was undoubtedly a long career of dishonesty with people in his personal life, Al originally made his name here in Florida six years ago, when he violated multiple contracts as well as computer fraud and trade secret laws by stealing more than 750,000 prospective students’ personal information from his employer, Kaplan University. Al would steal the students’ information and sell it to other institutions as leads.
Then obviously unemployed, Al devised yet another scam, as for him, making money can not come without harming others. Al’s fuckery continued into his work with marketing and research firms like Adnexus and AquTel where he would blatantly take clients’ money and disappear with it.
Al is also widely known within the treatment industry in South Florida as a bona fide client fucker. He is currently in a “long term relationship” with a former client of his, who he impregnated. I don’t know the girl personally, but I do know she has continued to use drugs under his care, as Al has been sending her insurance information out to all his favorite JCAHO “certified” turdpits for detox. So I guess she’s not so different from his other clients. Let’s dive into that. The information, I mean. Not a turdpit.

As of July 11th, 43 of Serenity Ranch’s 50 clients were pissing dirty for one thing or another. Serenity’s PHP and IOP clients live in an environment that condones and encourages drug use, and treats them as cattle to be herded in and out of facilities for insurance billing. Below, I’ve included a video of a tech or nurse at Serenity Ranch dispensing medication. Clients’ meds are zipped into little drug baggies, piled onto a chair within full view and reach of the clients, and handed out to be taken unsupervised. This allows clients to share prescribed controlled substances with one another, which you can hear occurring in the audio. To protect the identities of the clients in the video, I’ve filmed it on the screen of another phone to reduce the image quality enough to where faces are unidentifiable. But you can clearly see the dark, illicit reality of med time at Serenity Ranch. God knows how many laws and medical standards are being violated here. Fun fact: On the day this video was taken, Al offered a client money to buy dope so he could stay at PHP level of care.
Not only do clients at Serenity Ranch share medications, they also use street drugs like heroin and cocaine. The property, jammed full of beds (even outside of bedrooms and in living areas), is filthy and littered with paraphernalia.
Oh, and Al also pays for his clients’ plane tickets and travel necessities without promissary notes, a form of patient brokering. You’re really doing the most, Al.
I think we can all agree that Serenity Ranch is yet another emergence of the corrupted ass cancer that has plagued this industry here in South Florida for years. It’s only a matter of time before the alphabet boys come knocking, Al, and when that day comes, Broward County and the rest of South Florida will be indisputably safer.

As promised before my ban, I’m also throwing in some treats concerning other individuals who prey on our community for a living. First, I’ve included a recent mugshot, police report, and texts with our favorite canine copulater, David Zimmerman. The mugshot and police report are in respect to David sexually assaulting someone, and the texts display an example of David sexually harrassing a female marketer for another facility, refusing to do business with her unless she performs sexual favors for him.
The next thing I’ve included is a recent police report concerning confirmed predator and wife beater Ian Treacy, formerly of Amethyst, assaulting his significant other.
Next is testimony from a former client of Joe Brat, explaining how a friend of hers was sexually harrassed by Joe.
Next in line is testimony from a client of Logan McDermott and Hashtag Recovery, about how Logan promised to pay him to attend treatment but never did. Logan also offered to buy this client crack cocaine and a plane ticket, but successfully intimidated the client into withholding the related text messages.
And finally, I’ve included footage of Stephen Israel, marketer for Changes, offering to get clients high before detox.
